How to reach us
Email service@zeayrs.com. Customer service is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, China Standard Time (UTC+8). Messages received outside these hours are reviewed during the next service period.
For an existing order
Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, photos can help us understand the issue. Never send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time login codes.
For textile questions, include the selected size or variant. For a ceramic item damaged in transit, keep the protective packaging where safe and avoid handling sharp fragments; contact us before arranging any return.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or amend an order before dispatch where operationally possible. A dispatched order follows our return process. We charge no cancellation fee; mandatory cancellation rights still apply.
Delivery and after-sales support
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; estimated transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery issues.
Eligible return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us before posting a return so we can supply the correct facility address and instructions. The business address below is not automatically a return address. See our Return & Refund Policy.
